Default More issues...

So i have been on here for a while trying to figure out my P0171 code system bank lean having to do apparently with the secondairy air injection.

Well now its worse. When the car is cold, sometimes when warm but mainly when cold, i can step on the throttle in 1st or second and there is a hugeee delay. sometimes i hve to let off and step on it again and other times it will suddenly surge and get power.

The other day, i stepped on it in first and there was absolutly nothing, then there was a hella lound bang, the turbo spooled and it took off like normal.

EDIT: and sorry about taking a while to respond, my retarded dorm internet hasnt let me log onto AF since spring break

Hmm i have been throwing the same code for about a month now and have not had any of those problems. Is that the only one you are throwing?

How many miles on the car? Sounds like a fuel issue to me. I had the same problem on my benz and simply change the fuel filter witch cleared the code.

Its been there for a while. One time, i got a P0170 code as opposed to the P0171 code, and at that time it was surging like a beazy and backfireing like no other. But i cleared the code and let it idle for a minute and it was better. If it is the fuel filter, why would it tell me the secondary air injection is wierd?

The secondary air injection will absolutely NOT affect engine performance. The ONLY thing it does it inject air into the cat upon cold start up to aid in heating it up, thats all it does!

Fuel Trim,Bank1 System too Lean
doesn't even mention the SAP system.
Your looking at, O2 sensor, MAF sensor, Vaccum leak, possible bad brake booster, or exhaust leak.

So its gotten way worse. Now, it is going into limp mode with the P0171 code all the time, and whenever i reset it with my code puller, it then throws a P0170 Code and it hardly runs. Trying to accellerate, it surges like a **** whenever it is above 0 PSI. Then i have to reset that and it works decent, but it still surges a lot and the power fluctuates a lot.

This is just getting rediculous, anyone with ideas?
