like auditech said, you have to match the wheel size to the rest of the dims of the car... these chassis' have some large wheel wells and require a slightly larger wheel to fill them up properly.
but from my stylistic perspective i dont see big wheel well as an opportunity to "fill" i think thats the mistake alot of people make with these cars.

first and foremost the car has to be dumped, and the wheel modest. thats a pre-requisite for any good looking audi.

its too bad the b5 lines are not nearly as clean as the vw hatchback's (the style where they had the 20th anniversary addition) those things look nastyyy with rims and suspension.

i guess its not that easy with these cars.

oh I agree... good wheel fitment only comes from a good dump. I just feel like the wheel should occupy a good amount of the wheel well on top of that.

18's are perfect for B5's. Some can even pull 19's when it's slammed IMO.

Some 18's with (huge) lips don't look big at all.

17" is the perfect size though for most people. only show cars should go larger.

maybe its just the audi enthusiast in me, but i dont think hondas look good with 98% of the rims i see people running. not to mention every other body pannel with primer or a different color. i dont think ive seen more then 2 audi's sporting primer.
il make an excepton for this guy rollin on 42's

Bahahahhah yeah... I think my new summer project will be the great audi 42" rim swap!
I think the top pic looks good but the white one doesnt look as good. I like to have at least a LITTLE bit of space over the rim
