Hi guys

My knowledge is very limited when it comes to how it works under the hood... I'll try to describe you what's happening with my car the best way possible

1) My engine is constantly doing this weird noise. Upon startup, idling, accelerating, whatever... always sounds the same: over the roaring of the V6, I'm constantly hearing that loud vacuum sound, it's kinda weird.... It sounds like old Jeep Grand Cherokees with V8, like a very very loud fan. Do you know what it could be?

2) My engine coolant temp gauge perpetually reads zero. The idling is constant and smooth at around 700 rpm, the engine temperature is always stable and normal even on long trips... But the needle of the coolant gauge (left to the fuel gauge) never moves up... What could it be?

Do you have the A/C on when the noise is happening?

Seems like your engine temp sensor needs replaced, should be a relatively cheap and quick fix.

 

yeah your temp sensor on you radiator prob needs to be replaced abt $30 get it from the audi dealer they have the updated version
