My A4
leasing you have to be very careful of</P>
hidden charges... you have to figure out what the residual value/buyout price is.</P>
</P>
See how generous the lease-terms are</P>
</P>
you might end up paying more for leasing than financing</P>
</P>
with interest rates still relatively low, id finance but thats me</P>

I'm 16 Maverick. I don't have a job, but I'm getting one in a week. So i mean, i don't have alot of cash flow coming in, and as long as its for basic mainenece my parents will pay for it.<IMG src=smileys/smiley1.gif border="0">anything else and I'm on my own
16 vs 22 is a huge (very huge) difference in financial freedom - thats 6 years of school/job and constructed creit history. I didn't even have a car until I was 20, and that one was a POS.
That said - the only time I would lease is if I knew I had the cash on hand to walk away from it when I wanted. Maverick has a point with leases - you can easily get stuck with charges that were not disclosed openly at time of signing. Make sure you "understand" what a lease really does before you get into one - besides that fact that it allows you to get a lower payment and not own the car.<edited><editID>brrman</editID><editDate>38100.6821296296</editDate></edited>
