Red face My first Audi

Now I'm not into building the fastest b5 a4 out there, but I'd like some power under the hood. I'm not looking to twin turbo or anything huge, but I'd like to know what would be some of the best ways in getting huge gains of power with the least effort. I'm very new to Audi and I just recently purchased a '99 a4, 2.8L. It feels strong and pulls nice, I was wondering if there was anything inexpensive and easy to do. Thanks.

Definitely read the stickies and maybe do a bit of searching. Lots of people have asked the same question, and the simple answer is no. There really are no "inexpensive" power gains for the 2.8L.

For **** sake, this spammer is everywhere today...

Sorry for the outburst, OP... the easiest way to get more power is to sell the 2.8 and get a 1.8T, then go from there. The 2.8 is what is is. Enjoy the B5, and work on making it look nice.

And, like they said, read the F.A.Q. at the top of the B5 page

His half-assed attempt at sounding like an Audi enthusiast really convinced me to buy from China Wholesale!
