My hands have failed me
Just want to rant a little, so read on if you care to. I'm not actually looking for advice, because I already know what needs to be done. End result, no Audi fun for me for at least a few weeks, especially with Christmas around the corner.
Back story, leaking coolant flange on the back of the head of the engine. I decide to fix said leak with some RTV, and in the process of reinstalling, I snapped the bolt, which is now flush with the head. I tried for about 30 minutes to think of a way to get it out, and nothing was working, so it looks like pulling the head is going to be my only choice here soon.
Why, of why, hands, have you failed me? This should have been easy. It was a 1/4" drive ratchet and a 10mm socket, in an awkward position. How could you snap that bolt with my finger tips barely able to grasp the ratchet, and random sharp things digging into my arm?
Normally, I would smile at the opprotunity to become a little more intimate with my 4 wheels mistress, but bitch, I don't have the time for you like that right now, I don't want foreplay, romance, and to make love. I just want to ride you for now, hard and fast. But you turn your back on me, and leave me empty, with nothing but my own hands.
So, for now, she will sit, in the cold, by herself, and she can watch me leave every morning in the Maxima. No, I'm not cheating on you, but if you won't give me what I need, I will find someone who will.
But don't worry, you know my love for you is infinate, and I will return someday in the near future, and I will caress you like you deserve, and I will make it right, and I know you will return the favor with the ride of a lifetime, and remind me why I deal with your **** every day

Your thread was the first thing that popped into my head when it happened, and I thought to myself, just great... I just told this guy to do anything he could to not have to pull the head...
