N75 and boost

Well I know it's kind of dangerous to over boost with the wastegate disconnected so I stopped accelerating when I reached 10psi. Do you think I should try again? Is there a certain psi level I can expect at a certain rpm number if the turbo is healthy and there are no leaks?
