N75 valve - where is it located?

Default N75 valve - where is it located?
We were told this could be (aside from wastegate actuator and waste gate flap) the source for no power. Where is the valve located, and how can it be checked out?

Its on the front of the turbo inlet pipe towards the front of the car. Check if the lines are properly sealed might be wise to replace the clamps and make sure the sensor connection is plugged in.
