I had my tensioner pulley changed today at a local shop, just moved don't have any tools here yet. I drove about 8 miles after that. The car sat for about an hour and as I left today it died and just turns over and over. I have no clue what could be the problem. As I turn the key to hear the bells the speedo bounces up to about 4 mph and the check engine light kind of ticks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

After poking around a little bit I can hear what sounds like a wire arcing... I unplugged all of the wire harnesses under the coolant reservoir and plugged them back in and got nothing. I believe it doesn't have spark. The noise is coming from underneath the brake booster. Any help would be great.
