Normally I'd consult my Bently manual, but my laptop just broke down, so I thought I'd see if you guys could help me out. I'm attempting to replace my rear subframe and my right rear lower control arm, so as you may know the parking brake cable is in the way. I just need to find somwhere to detatch it so I can slide it out of the control arm. Anyone know where and how I should go about doing this? I've already disconnected it from the caliper, but that still doesn't allow me to slide it through the plastic piece that goes through the control arm.
