Hey wats up guys... Well ima try to cut this short since I have many questions..Ok, so im lookin to buy a new car and kind of decided on an 01 a4.... now I need to know wat engine... 1.8T or 2.8. First, I want to know which engine is the more reliable and want to know their HP stats. As I read through these forums, i read there isnt much aftermarker support for the 2.8 but all i really want is a intake and exhaust with a few exterior and interior mods. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

 

if you don't plan on getting into major mods then get the 2.8l, it is regarded as a slightly more reliable engine than the 1.8t and make 190HP to the crank stock which is higher then the 1.8t's 170 crank HP.
