So guys, I'm in search for a new radiator, any suggestions on where to get one?

also, quick question before i end up ordering it, would it be smart to replace the hoses and mounts when installing the new radiator?

no it is not necessary, unless you notice cracks or leaks, it is not necessary to replace teh mounts or hoses....

 

Did your radiator get smashed up? Overheated in the winter? Was G12 not used in it? It's extremely rare for vw/audi radiators to leak. G12 is like the fountain of youth for our radiators.

 

the first owner of my car took car of this car like no other, not sure what he was making it into but he put track coilovers and the sway bars and such, the car was totaled and salvaged, when the second owner got it, they just welded the radiator in the parts that had been punctured, he also didnt put G12 into it, he used water >.<.

im the third owner, and well after a couple months of noticing that theres quite a bit of coolant gone every week, i've come to the conclusion that i need to change it >.<
