I put a new turbo in and it seemed to run fine at first on idle i can't tell if it's getting oil or coolant seems to heat up fast but it don't build boost all the time and when it dosent it shakes anyone know what could be

 

any other info you can give? Will be a little hard for people to help as it is limited info.
Which turbo did you put on and on what car? Did you have a tune setup for the new turbo etc.
