So there ya go, none of the pics are great and I didn't like how the car is parked on an incline in the parking lot, but oh well.

 

Would somebody, for the love of god, find me a write up of wiring the city lights. I feel like a little retarded boy because it's so simple yet I cannot figure it out.

you wire the bulb to the yellow ignition post behind the kneebolster. done. the lights will come on when the key is in the ON position

Didn't really read it but it seems to have good amount of info. I did a DRL mod a long time ago but I did it the cheap way by connecting the cables to the side markers. They'd be on when the side markers are turned on (although in my case, my side markers were always off as I wasn't too fond of the look).

But yeah, silver and shaved valance. Yummm... Maybe I'll look for a couple of used valances for cheap to mess around with.

dammit nick I gave you city light instructions so much. I'm not sure what you did wrong with it today but you just have to cut the parking light wire (thinnest going into the turn signal) and splice it into the city light wire coming out of your euro headlight connector. make sure your splices are making good contact or just solder them like I did. I can check tomorrow which wire # the city light is if you want but just take headlight cover off and make sure the + city light wire inside the headlight is going to your labeled city light wire coming out of the headlight into the parking light wire..

Alex I have no idea what to tell ya. I spliced the thinnest wire to the orange wire coming out of the headlight cover labeled 'fog/city'. I assumed if I just connected those two they would turn on in place of the parking lights since that wire had been cut. Apparently not.

AsianBoy, I'd like to be able to turn the city lights on/off as apposed to them acting as DRLs, ya know?

The sound is alright I guess, I was never a fan of loud exhaust with a slow car/automatic, but it's not too bad. I'll post a video soon.

Edit: Also, now that I have that muffler on, people want to "race" even more. It's awful. A kid in a Mazda 3 told me my car looks like it could destroy his. I lol'd and said no way. He doesn't believe me ha.
