Noooooooo!!!
I have a feeling replacing the oil cooler would be significantly cheaper and easier than the head gasket, so I would start with that and go from there. If that doesn't help, ecstuning.com has HG kits and the head bolt tool for pretty cheap, if you have the tools, patience, and know-how to do it yourself. Good luck.
When I installed the cooler and gave the system another flush there was still oil in the water but I gave it a few more flushes and now the water is crystal clear. Drove the car around all day and still the water is clear
.Very relieved it wasn't a HG problem. Will put some fresh g12 tomorrow + install new coolant reservoir.

P.S - the oil cooler was only $8.
