Default oil

On my 99 a4 prefacelift each day i find 2 (i think because it leaks throught the 2 holes in the plastic quard under) circles of oil under my car. I went to aamco for an inspection and they told me that it was a crankshaft seal I replaced that and i still have the same leak? recently i tapoff the pw steering fluid. The fluid under my car seems like its oil but it might be the pw steering fluid but (but it looks kinda goldish) When i took the timing covr off behing the camshaft bulley where the camshaft comes out aroud it its wet wit oil (just where the camshalt is withe the bearing or seal) Also I see fluid around where my oil filter is.
Please tell me where the leak is coming from and btw i have the 1.8t engine and my oil leverl doesn't seem to go low. thanks for ur help

You need to clean all that oil up. Get everything nice and pretty and then monitor for where your leaks are coming from. If you cleaned a certain spot and in a few days its covered with oil again, then you can pinpoint the leak(s)

Like stated above, clean(with a good de-greaser) the area where the suspected leak is.Take the car out for about a 15 minute drive.Look for leak. $.02
