Default Oil temp/level sensor not working

The oil temp sensor isn't reading and I got this light that comes on on the bottom of my display throughout my daily driving, my book says it's the low oil pressure warning light. It beeps three times then goes away for about a minute. However, when I got above 3k RPMs, it doesn't ever go off. Anyway, I replaced the oil level sensor after finding out that the temp sensor is located inside this part and that did nothing. The temp still isn't reading. I even cleaned the plug to make sure that wasn't the problem. The weirdest part, after I have been running around in it I turn it off and then turn it on without starting the car and it reads the temp successfully! My car drives fine, however. What's going on here?

Replaced my oil pressure sender, located next to the oil filter. Didn't do anything. Here are the codes I'm getting from my check engine light: P1128, P1113. Maybe it's related.
