having some slight problems, its a good thing i ordered extra mesh cus my first try was pitiful.

well i used a thicker mesh i think. it was powder coated black too, which didnt make it any thinner, it wouldnt line up right after i put the mesh in, so i glued the he11 out of that thing. it is drying now. ill admit it sure does look good tho. im also gonna do it to my lower grilles. that should be easier. im just gonna cut it out right and put a couple machince screws with wide heads on there to hold em in. but the first one was supposed to be easy too. so much for that

After reading this I've come to realize my hood latch is in a different spot then everyone else's. It is like any other car and underneath the front lip of the hood. I think the previous owner relocated it?? Or are some models like this.

I was going to tackle that today but its been outrageously hot here in the Portland area, so I washed and detailed mine and my girlfriend's cars today. Maybe I'll do it Sunday.

How much should I probably get to do both upper and lower grills?
