the dealer will not do this. it is not a simple plug in install. it will require custom modification to fit in there. you will either have to buy the parts and do it yourself, or take it to an aftermarket place and have them do it. plan on spending alot. i cant venture a guess as to how much as ive never had this done before, but the nav system itself is probably going to be 500 at least. plus several hours of labor to install. your definitely looking at close to, if not more then, $1000.

Try $3400 from the dealer for the RNS-E with bluetooth and all the works. I have one if you're interested for $2,600, but quite honestly you can find a unit for $1800. Then you need harnesses and supporting cables and stuff. Also the trim has to be custom molded. I had it in my B5 but didn't like the fact I had to switch DVD's for navi and video, so I'm happy with my Pioneer F90 unit. We got a GB going on AZ requesting RNS-E's for about $1200 shipped. That's a steal

get a Pionieer AVICD3 its exactly the same and costs less, as long as you have a Double DIN dash then it should fit pretty good. you might want to bring it to an audio shop to be fitted and installed so it looks good.

D3's are old school. F-BT's are the newer model. And they also sucks because of no navi HDD. Installation is fairly easy and straightforward with custom work.

Here are some Audi Nav systems on Ebay

I want to get this Bluetooth/MP3 adapter for mine. Wouldn't you know it, I got one of these in February but it was the old model, it didn't have Bluetooth. The MP3 jack works very well though.
