P1475, mass sputtering!
Ok All
I replaced my coil packs and plugs today and then went to go clear my codes with the hope that it would take care of my 300 301 303 and 304 codes. Much to my suprise after clearing the codes the car starts tripping *****! sputtering like crazy! there was a new code that i noticed when I went to clear it it was P1475. Could this cause such problems? What do i do next? In the start of all of this was a P0171.
The light has not come back on so i really have no friggin clue what to do!

P1475
EVAP Emission Contr.LDP Circ Malfunction/Signal Circ.Open

P0171
Fuel Trim,Bank1 System too Lean
The P1475 is indicating that something is wrong with the LDP (leak detection pump) for the EVAP system which won't affect performance.
The P0171 code is indicating you have a large vaccum leak somewhere, or you MAF sensor is no good. Most likely you have a bad vaccum check valve.
Well then its not the MAF then, if the idle didn't change by removing the MAF sensor connector then the engine management had gotten used to not using it.
Check your fuel trims using data block 32, if its a positive number its adding fuel to compensate for a vaccum leak. The check valves looks like a small little valve in between vaccum lines, it has a grey side and a black side to the valve, there is a total of 4 in the engine bay. Look them up at www.ecstuning.com to see what they look like.

I am glad to hear that it is not the MAF
I found 3 check valves
one was all black is that not a check valve?
one by the intake box one under the intake manny close to the coolent rez
The black one is at the top of the manny towards the fire wall
where is the fourth?
A lingering thought has been that it is the Fuel Filter
I have a new one I just need to install it could this be a possible cause?
I cant thank you enugh auditech79

The black one on top of your air box with an electrical connector is the N80 valve for the EVAP emmisions system, has nothing to do with the vaccum system. I take it back, i think the B5 only has three of them. Can you hear a hiss noise coming from any of them?
