This *** clown has got me for the APR ecu..$250 through PayPal. Paid him on 12/13 and only one response through e-mail on 12/21 that says
"according to MY tracking info you should have it today."
Yeah right. I filed dispute with PayPal 12/29. No response from seller..go figure.

CCA4, I also got the "sorry for the late response...been busy with work and school" bullshit before I sent money too.

Sorry to hear that. Turbo24 seems to be having luck disputing the payment through PayPal, though I've had no such luck. I'd recommend trying that.
