For what it's worth, I bought that kit from ECS and the quality was terrible. Their customer support was non existent.

I would recommend OEM parts for less money from Europaparts.com.

More power to you if you can find a set cheaper! But as far as ebay stuff goes I don't trust much of it, but I don't know how you can screw up hoses so go for it

If the parts you found on Ebay aren't OEM, I wouldn't bother. The stuff from ECS was such junk that the fittings on the ends would not clip into the valve covers. I've decided to reuse the original fittings and make my own hoses from quality tubing from McMaster Carr. I'll post more when I finish it up.

I bought a breather hose kit and purge valve on eBay for $65 total and both parts have been fine for two+ years.

Not a huge fan of ECS customer support and shipping practices but just bought a gray carpet kit from them last night for $22 shipped.

Surprising you guys aren't fans of ecs, ill admit I've never dealt with their customer service but their shipping is reasonable, the prices are great, great selection, and good products. It's where I get almost all of my parts

The products I have purchased from ECS have been sub par and this last kit for the PCV was terrible. The hose connections were not sealed and none of the hoses would actually connect to the valve covers. I ended up having to use the original fittings with the ECS hoses, but I don't imagine the hoses will last all that long.

When I called their customer service to complain, the first person admitted that they had shipped some bad batches of those hoses, but told me that since I had "modified" them by sliding in the OEM fittings, there was nothing that they could do. The manager that I spoke to after him said that that they would never ship out bad parts and that if I wanted them to fit correctly, I should have bought OEM parts. I told him that I would never buy from them again.
