I Googled and searched the forum and only found one like this, but I am betting that some of you guys that are over on the Zine have seen this before. I am looking for pics of a B5 with the center of the hood painted black. I am definitely painting my roof black, but I am thinking the center of the hood might also look good while we are at it. This is the only B5 I found:

im also interested in this, the area around the grill on my car has a bunch of rock chips and i was going to repaint the center like that pic, then do the roof and trunk lid the same color. i think it would look killer but never seen any pics of it done. i was actualy going to get a can of negaro blue and spray that sex onto the center of the car, stock color is casablanca white, not sure how that would look. it would stand out for sure.

 

why not just a solid black hood?

 

Im in the process of repainting my car and doin somethin similar. dont want to share yet and ruin the surprise.

 

why not carbon fiber then paint the carbon fiber whatever color you want on the outside...they look bada$$

i know alot of g35 owners that have done this and it turned out amazing

 

I would just paint the roof black if I were you, I think it looks better.

yes, thats what we're sayin. But we thought our .02 would stand in nicely in the mean time.

 

i looked all over the net, couldnt find anything, but i know what your talking about i saw it done to a mazda6 the car was pearl white with the middle of the hood painted black, it looked sick.
