was thinking about getting the h&r race spring/bilstein combo from ecs, but wanted to see what this dropped look like. i tried searching for some pics but only found one s4...

i'm running HnR race springs on stock struts. i love the drop. i posted pix of the drop b4. just a heads up, the springs will make your car ride like a wooden roller coaster. your teeth will chatter when you go over a crack in the road. i'd recommend coilovers for a better ride quality

you need the regular sport spring not the race ones

sport is to lower it and it will handle alot better than the factory sport ones and will give u about the same quality ride and the race ones u dont want those unless u wanna kill your passenger with the bad ride quility

You do not need coilovers. You just need a shock that isn't junk like the stockers are, especially after all this time.

^ hiwords never said "needed". He merely recommended them. It takes a lot more than just a shock to get better handling. Springs wear out too and after almost a decade and probably 10x,xxx it would be probably to your benefit to consider springs as well.
