im off of i-90 just before snoqualmie pass

 

just drove the quattro in the snow for the first time last night. after i skidded straight while i was trying to turn, the car did great as i reversed up a little hill which never would have worked with fwd. just decided to check my tires online as i just got the car: dunlop sp sport fm901 - "ultra high performance summer tires". could explain the trouble turning.........

 

I'm just south of Bellevue off Lake Washington

 

Here's an update on the 4 feet of snow we have gotten over the last 4 days. The pile behind my car is from a parking lot only big enough to normally fit 8 cars. Only 8 cars! And yes if you look close enough there is a gondola an a ski run back there too. My office is about 15' to the left of the picture.
