I need to replace the power steering hose between the rack and the cooling loop in front of the radiator to address a leak.

1. What's the best way to deal with removing the old clamp without damaging the cooling loop?

2. What sort of tool do I need to clamp in the replacement hose?

3. Do I need to use a specific power steering fluid when I top it up? I don't know what the previous owner might have filled it with; are there possible problems I should be aware of?
