Mixing coolants like Ethyline glycol with propyline glycol will result in gelling, clogging the radiator, reducing cooling efficiency and eating up rubber seals in the motor. Basically bad stuff.

G12 is a pink color when its new, it will turn red when its old. You should be able to see through it easilly even if its old. If it looks cloudy, flush it ASAP.

If its something other than pink, be worried.

Yea, I'd be concerned about that. That could be a couple things; oil mixing in with it due to a bad head gasket, rust in the system, mixture of green and pink, or a combination of all three. Definitely time to get a flush and refill of pure G12.

where is the drain plug on our cars? im not gonna pay audi 150 bux to flush my car when i can do it myself for the price of the coolant

and the other question, u said it has to be mixed... how much do i mix? will the one gallon be enough for the whole cooling system?

50/50 mix. One gallon is enough to make two gallons of mixed coolant. The entire system probably will only take one. There is a drain port at the bottom of the radiator that twists open, it should be green or black.

ooh ok... i wasnt sure if there was some "special drain point"... now when i fill it back up, do i jsut pour it in the plastic container since there is no direct spot on the radiator like most normal cars
