Default question about coilovers

The coilovers are already on the car so my question is this - if I wanted to lower it just a bit more, would I need to get another alignment again or is the alignment only needed when installing the coilovers? Thanks

These cars don't have toe adjustments, that's why. Unless you install them. To adjust the toe, you would need to take the car to a body puller shop. You probibly have ocward wear, I would question that.

I put my coilovers on about a year ago and went threw my tires (especially the back ones and especially the passenger side at that). Since then I have got an alignment and everything is much better. That initial drop was probably around 4 inches since I used to be able to get my whole fist in the wheel gap but I can just barely put my finger in now. I was thinking taking it down 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch more. Would I need to do an alignment after that??

So....i have seen your car on the forum before and it's pretty low. Can I lower my car some more without having to take it in for an alignment again?

You'd only have to adjust the rears, and at that, I'd only bother with doing it if you were dropping over an inch moreand going to be getting new tires and street racing it around corners anddumb stuff like that thatwillget you hurt and your car wrecked.

i think you'd be safe... there is really no way you can "slam" an a4 without destroying tires
but just taking it lower wont mess with toe adjustments or anything else, just add more neg. camber
