what's wrong with your steering wheel? I am pretty sure the three spoke steering wheels changed but I'm not sure what year and I remember reading the updated version won't fit easily onto the earlier one. the wheel in my 99.0 somehow feels like a different one than my 97..

 

I have the ugly '96 4 spoke all black steering wheel.

 

It's off a '98 too which doesn't worry me as much as if it were off an '00 or an '01 ya know? I'll take my chances and just sell it if it doesn't work.

I couldn't tell what was different with my 99 one until seeing those pictures, I like the feeling of the earlier one better and if I were you I wouldn't take the chance unless you find out it will fit

 

I don't like the '97 . Even if it doesn't fit it isn't a total loss since I'll gain the knowledge of replacing a steering wheel and I'll just sell it to someone else! I already bought it he's shipping it out tomorrow.

Yes airbag and wheel for 150 shipped. Wheel looks to be in great condition too. He's shipping it out tomorrow and he's only in NY and I'm in MA so it should be here by the end of the week? I hope it all works out!

 

nice! i love my 3 spoke steering wheel i wanna take it out and put a manual steering wheel in mine i think the buttons look stupid there

 

Isn't there a way to wire the tip buttons to radio control or something like that?
