My 98 has a outside temp reading in the gauge custer, and the temp for the heater below my stereo, and the temp for my seats above my stereo, and the temp for my engine in my gauge cluster. What temp reading are you talking about??

are you talking about the LED screen?

If so try pressing the button on one of the levers by the steering wheel.

on the 99.5+ cars the screen can be turned off with a quick push of the button on the bottom end of the windshield wiper lever (I have a manual and dont remember if it also turns off the gear indicator for an automatic). In any case, give this a shot, otherwise you may have a problem with the screen.

Do you have a owners manual?
