I need to replace my radiator. Does the front end have to come off (bumper,a/c) or will the radiator just lift out?

 

I just did this a couple days ago.. yes, front bumper needs to come off, and need to move some other stuff out of the way.

Here's the DIY I followed, which even includes removing the radiator. Removing the bumper was the hardest part. One thing it doesn't have is removing the headlights.. that made it a lot easier to get to the top and bottom hoses if you're replacing those as well:
