Radiator tablets????

Default Radiator tablets????
hi guys i have a question i just got warranty from consumer dirrect warranty services for my audi a4 but they gave me some additive (TABLETS) so i can added to the radiator overflow reservoir does any one have any idea whats this for because im not sure if to add it or not thank you

I got the same thing but was hesitant to put it in. I wonder what the hell they do lol.

without knowing what is exactly in the tablets i certainly wouldnt use them.
