i got a rattle when ever my car is near 3000 rpm and stops before i get to 4 at first i thought i might be a heat shield but now i am not to sure. any ideas?

 

where is the rattle the loudest?

i had something similar thought it was lifters or a timinging chain tensioner turned out to be the harmonic balancer missing 3 of 4 bolts in it so it had a \nasty wobble from idle till about 2100 prm

 

its the loudest from 3000 till 3500 then it goes away
