My point was that everyone above was saying it wasn't that great of a deal so it was most likely a real turbo.

On the posted link, it said buy it now was $630. I didn't realize it was an auction.

Well I have it home now. It looks new, has a K cast on both housings and kkk on the diaphram so I'm going to run it. My stock turbo has 167K on it and still works.

just replaced mine with a k04 and made a turbo vacuum cleaner with the k03....the exhaust part of my k03 was cracked in 3 places, but the fins on both sides were perfect and no shaft play as well.
