Angry Rear control/bushings/suspension

My car feels like it's got a tail, when I wiggle quickly my butt kinda whips a bit...not to mention I need a wheel allignment. Just rebuilt my engine and bought two new bearings and rear control arms, the straight ones and still shaky? Any links to products or fixes?

Thanks.
PS: Anything will help!

Could be sway bar links/bushings, though your rear sway bar leaves much to be desired anyway. Any clunking or squeaking coming from the CA's you didn't replace?
