ever gone down a hill on a bike? my dif is making that clicking sound. put 75/140 oil in, heard the noise. said crap, ok, 75/90 in it now. still makes the sound. acceleration, loud. deceleration, silent. maintaining speeds, audible.

any ideas? i might just bite the bullet and replace it, 144k miles on it.
