Default Rear Pads

I'm down to 3mm back there. My car's driven very hard and will see its first Autocross season very soon.
Wear to the padsand rotors,as wellas brake dust, is far behind having the rear brakes do all that they can. Any suggestions? ECS Tuning doesn't help much with their descriptions.

any decent performance pad will do. The rears only do about 20% of the braking.

the front pads have wear sensors, these are available on the late model A4's pretty much if you dont have pads with those sensor your gonna have a brake pad light on the dash unless you connect the 2 wires.

One of the front pads have a sensor in it that when the brake pads wear, the sensor brakes and sets off the brake pad light. You have to have it to use them

And the rears don't have the sensor, but it says no wires. Confuse me, thank you.

The sensor is only in one of the passenger side front pads
