So if i use the rear wiper to wash the rear window, it works fine. If i turn it on to wipe away the water, it get stuck in 2 diffrent places on the window. It hesitates for a second, goes, then hesitates again before going thru its wiping cycle. This happen to anybody else?

 

have you replaced the wiper blade?

 

Are you serious? The header says rear wiper MOTOR is being stupid. Why would I think changing the wiper blade would fix it?

 

Because it could be bad and causing too much drag.

However, you prolly have bad teeth in the gearbox causing it to slip.
