Default Regarding engine/tranny mounts and driveshaft play

So I've been reading about getting a new snub mount since I can feel some rocking on the shifter when I get on and off the gas pedal. I went underneath today to take a look at the snub mount and it's not ripped nor showing any signs of deterioration. While I was under I took a look at the other mounts and snapped some pictures. I'm not too sure what a good or bad mount looks like. I also recorded two videos of the drive shaft, they're below.

Is this normal? I have the car in 1st. I'm wondering if this is what is causing that thump noise I hear if I flutter the gas on and off in 5th.

I found some oily residue on the passenger ride of the rear differential. Sorry for the awkward video. I was holding a flashlight in one hand and the camera in the other while barely fitting under the car. It may just be too hard to see in this video.

Replace your motor mounts, buy a 29$ poly snub. The clunk you hear is most likely a worn carrier bushing for the diff.

That puple fluid coming out of the pass mount mean's it's shot. Not a huge job, once you firgure out how to get a crow's foot on the 13mm bolt on top of it.

The clunking is most likely the slack in the driveshaft and rear diff. There was a really good thread about this over on audizine. Buying aftermarket mounts that are a little stiffer such as 034 street density will play a big part in eliminating the clunking and slack you feel.

Thanks for the responses guys. Looks like I'm going to have to spend some money on the car hehe.

Did you guys watch the videos on the bottom of the post? That play in the drive shaft is normal?
