Is This Repair Doable for a Sorta Newb Mechanic..
Hey,
i'm fairly new to doing DIY's, but am willing to give it a try since i've always wanted to be more hands-on with my car.
Do you think I could pull it off replacing the Engine-Exhaust Gasket??

The question is not whether WE think you can, its whether YOU think you can. Pretty much anything is doable as long as you have a modicum of mechanical ability and plenty of patience. Take your time, be careful, walk away when you get stuck/frustrated, ask for help when you need it. As long as you have confidence in your own abilities.
Normally I say yes, but there's more and more threads these days about diys gone wrong. You'll probably break at least one mani to turbo bolt. And another big factor is what kinda tools your working with.
thx!
,but is it a straight forward process, in which no Draining of liquid (or anything similar) is required??
hmm, i'll record a video tmr, showing why I think i need to change it. Maybe, in the end, i'm completely wrong in terms of what to fix! XD
