Can I replace my stock Delta radio with a Concert II without any modification ? Can I just swap them ?

Nope.

Delta radio is a single din and the Symphony is double din. You would have to get a new faceplate and also make a new bracket. I'm not too sure but you might also have to relocate/modify the climate control unit.

 

i understand that i cant replace delta with symphony, but delta with CONCERT ?
