Default Replacing timing belt for a second time.

my timint belt and waterpump and all of that was changed at like about 80K. before i owned the car, i have receipts and everything for it from the previous owner. i just have a question, once its been replaced is that it or will i have to replace it again, and what should i look for to know it needs to be replaced.

Mine was replaced at 75k by the dealer(previous owner) and I replaced it again at 143k(did it myself). It's a lot of piece of mind. It has the upgraded tensioner if it's been done once already, but I would do it again and every 75-80k
