haha thanks for all the feedback. I believe they both are Automatics. I know mine is but im guessing on His. This kids pretty into his driving but never been one to push it. I on the other hand test my skills alot and go at it trying ot become a better driver. It should be going down soon in that sense. I just wanted to see what you guys thought about it. And yeah the specs for weight are suprising. And im pretty sure it will be some stop light type of deal, or maybe if he wants to rally alittle on some windy roads around here. who knows. My friend has a 98.5 tqm with chip and full custom exhaust who wants in, but thats getting unfair haha.

my friend had an impreza and ive killed him a few times. he also sucks at driving 6-speed.

before i did all the work to my car i beat him a few times, and once he let someone else drive and the race was pretty damn even, we each had on person in the car and both passangers said we were inches away at most. i ended up winning just cause i had the ***** to keep on it until the last second before the turn.

now with all the work i have done i dont think it would be the same. but you can get the idea.

ill do it soon and let you know. his heads gonna get in the way of his driving tho, im just worried about body roll. Its on stock springs right now and over bumps on corners you can feel the roll and the snap back into line which throws the stearing off some. I know springs are really the best way to solve this, but im learning to steer later or earlier in order to minimize that

.... i hope thats a HUGE exageration. The flex pipe should be less then 100 bux and the EGR you could probly DIY. Also fix things you know are bad before you have something diagnosed.

yeah i just meant money needed for fixing instead of modding. im getting a egr for 75 from shokan, and then i called some shops and they can cut and weld in new pipes for under 300, seemed high to me from what ive heard, but gotta do it. getting to a point where im almost needing to wear ear plugs in my car. it sucks. Sooo loud. And the revving im hoping is due to egr valve and all fo that. Which im diying and waiting for someone to help me with how to do it. haha
