i would go with the rs4....

 

Get the OEM S4 bumper looks good and clean

 

S4 w/ RS4 lower grille mod. i'd rather have OEM S4 than a knock-off RS4, unless, of course, you go wide body.

from the dealer ship how much would the be would it more then buying a good rs4 bumper offline that comes to be 500 somehting and if you guy can show me some pics of b5 with both the bumpers and a fmic it would be great i love to see how the pipes would show

i personally, if i had the money that is, would go with the S4 bumper, and keep the OEM look. Under the hood, well thats a different story.

 

I'd say go for the S4 if you don't want to deveat too much from stock look, RS4 if a bit more extreme. On a side note, which bumper will involve less cutting for FMIC? Not meaning to threadjack.
