Default Running Lean

I bought this car with some modification to it and it's running lean. The Car Came with a bigger turbo and a ECU Chip as well as a nice borla exhaust. Could it be that i need cooler plugs?

How do you know it's running rich if there are no codes?

Shotgun diagnosis: MAF

MAF is in the airbox.

If your car is running rich, you'll have a MIL or a code. What are your fuel trims like? What chip is it?
