running like CRAP!
Well, its idleing weird...flutters around a bit. I just did plugs about a month ago. Also There is air coming from my oil cap under pressure. I think this is the cause of my boost leak. Anyone have anything I can check before I bring it to the stealer, cause the one by me sucks really bad.
Compression and leak down tests are needed if you think you're loosing boost into the crankcase...
Check the rubber T section at the back of the valve cover for leaks, clogs, or collapsed breather hoses in that area.
Just a note -some- air will come out of a removed oil cap when running. The breather hoses are there to relieve the crankcase of air caused by blow-by past the rings and oil moving through the engine.
Poor boost and a fluctuating idle could just be as simple as a vacuum leak. Listen for whistles or take some propane to the area of vacuum lines and the intake. If you hear your idle dip or rise or the car stalls, you've found a leak.

maybe one or more of your coil packs are going. All 4 of mine are slowly going out on me (which is unusual yes I know, since they tend to just go suddenly), and its got to the point where I had to take my giac chip out because the car wouldn't start with it it being as it couldn;t handle all the juice it needed to turn over. So now I'm running my stock chip, and the idle will randomly will sputter and drop below 1k rpms like its about to die, and the car runs a little harsh.

4 coil packs "going out" is very unusual and very unlikely. If all 4 cylinders are being affected, it's probably something common to all four cylinders such as a fuel filter, for example. Taking out a chip to make the car start doesn't make any sense. You more likely have a vacuum leak, though I still don't know how a chip would change how it starts.

no its the coil packs. I have a gauge, and there's no vacuum leak. It sits at a steady 18 when cold, and 20-22 when warm. And I get the flashing cel every now and then and when I pulled the codes with my VAG it was "Cylinder1 misfire/Cylinder 2 Misfire/ Cylinder 3 Misfire/ Cylinder 4 Misfire"
and thats what mine will do. Usually the rpms sit at 9500 -1k at idle, but sometimes they will drop to 700-800 and bounce a little then pop back up.
