will stock S4 shock and spring bolt right on my audi a4?? i found a S4 part out.... tell me what to take from it!!

I wouldn't do it, but yes. I'd be less willing to do it for the 1.8 than a 2.8, since the 2.8 should be close to the same weight, at least engine-wise.

get the shock n spring from the 2.8? or put the S4 shock on a 2.8?

 

Nevermind. They will technically fit. They won't be optimal for your car. But, then again, who does run an optimal suspension?

 

it will ride a little higher since 1.8t is lighter than an s4

i mean its just not going to sit as low as an s4 it will still be lower than a stock suspension a4

 

no the 1.8t is like 300 pounds lighter in the front i would not do it
