S4 avant spotted

I just spotted a beautiful S4 avant well worth the money and in very good condition. So if any of you are in the market for one i thought i would just throw it out there for ya.

it's still for sale...I am looking into it but am a newbie to the Audi's. Can anyone help me out with some info on what to look for in one of these? I currently have an evo and am partial to the B5 models v6 turbos but am interested in the B6- V8. Is the B6 V8 a bad choice? I am looking for a winter car and better DD than the Evo.
