But I'd take the S4 over it anyways. awd allows you to actually put that power down in most conditions where the z28 would need to have some super sticky tires and great road conditions. The s4 more of a real-life sports car where the z28 would be better for the track.
With the bolt ons and free mods taken care of, your car should be a solid 12 second performer in the 1/4 mile and will run 0-60 in well under 5 seconds flat. You will probably spend a little over $2,000 total to get to this level.
Did you know that having a 500hp sports car could be as simple as a $16,000 to $18,000 used 98 Z28 along with about $5,000 total in modifications? So for about the price of a new Camaro, you could be driving a car that runs 0-60 in the mid 4 second range, 1/4 mile in the 11's, and has a top speed well in excess of 170mph!!! How does that sound?

The z28 is a sledgehammer and the S4 is a Swiss Army knife. Do you want to be stuck with something that has a single purpose, or something that is diverse and tactile? The s4 is luxurious, quick, comfortable, beautiful, safe, and convenient to drive, whereas the z28 is loud, cheaply made, but powerful.

haha I know I know. I just want him to read it cuz he says anyone would pick the slowmaro over the S4 and I told him he is nuts. Then claimed he woulc get more tail in the maro than the S4...again I told him he is nuts

The camaro body looks outdated, a bit like a boat with wheels. But eyy, it also has one of the lowest drag coefficients of any car... tell that to the woman your trying to impress, i bet she will get real excited

how much does he have to spend, and knowledgeable is he with working on cars?......the s will take alot more dough to keep on the road...... but if he finds a k04 s4 then he would be set..... and that wouldn't be all that hard to find
