Secondary air pump (SAP) fuse location on '98 A4 2.8L quattro (AHA)?

Secondary air pump (SAP) fuse location on '98 A4 2.8L quattro (AHA)?
Everything I've seen on this seems to indicate there should be a 40 amp fuse along with the SAP relay in the ECM housing. The SAP relay is there, however there is no fuse. Can someone help me locate the SAP fuse on a '98 A4 2.8L quattro (AHA engine). Thanks!
